Daylong Terms of Service

Published and effective: July 16, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions for using the Daylong app, website, and related services (the “Service”) provided by Nahyun Park (the “Operator”), as well as the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

2. Definitions

1. A “Member” signs up with an Apple or Google account and uses server sync and social features.
2. A “Local User” does not sign up and stores records only on their device.
3. “Content” means information shown to other users, including nicknames, crew names, workout records, and reactions.

3. Publication, Effect, and Changes

1. These Terms are available in the app settings and on the website. Members must agree before signing up.
2. We may change these Terms where permitted by law. We will generally provide the effective date and reason at least seven days in advance. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes that disadvantage users and obtain renewed consent when required.
3. If you do not agree to a change, you may delete your account. A change requiring separate consent will not be treated as accepted merely because you did not object.

4. Registration and Age

1. Registration is complete when you agree to the Terms and required personal-data processing, confirm that you are at least 14, and complete social authentication.
2. Because the Service does not provide a parental-consent verification process, children under 14 may not register or use the Service.
3. We may reject or later terminate registrations involving false information, impersonation, repeated attempts to evade enforcement, or serious technical or operational concerns.
4. Only you may use your account and authentication methods. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Service Features

The Service provides manual and camera-based automatic timing, workout records, goals, statistics, streaks, badges, device sync, crews, feeds, reactions, friends, pokes, leagues, optional notifications, and sharing. You can use manual timing if you decline camera access.

6. Current Fees and Future Paid Features

The Service is currently free and does not sell paid items in the app. If paid features are introduced, we will show the price, service period, cancellation and refund terms, and business information before purchase, and comply with applicable law and app-market policies. We will not charge you without prior notice and consent.

7. Content and Community

1. You must have the rights needed for Content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and transmit that Content only as needed to provide the Service. This right ends when the Content or your account is deleted.
2. Illegal information; sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing content; content harmful to children; impersonation; disclosure of personal information; advertising or spam; infringement; record manipulation; and abuse of the Service are prohibited.
3. Detailed standards and reporting, blocking, and appeals follow the Community Guidelines.
4. We may temporarily hide or remove reasonably suspected violations and restrict features or accounts. Except where urgent harm prevention requires otherwise, we will provide the reason and available appeal process where practicable.

8. User Responsibilities

You must follow applicable law, these Terms, safety guidance, and operational policies. You may not misuse another person’s account or data; impersonate others; send automated requests; reverse engineer; exploit vulnerabilities; distribute malware; overload servers; manipulate rankings or rewards; evade enforcement; infringe rights; or disrupt operations.

9. Safety and Health

1. Check your health, ability, pull-up bar, and surroundings. Use safe equipment and maintain clear fall space.
2. Minors, beginners, and anyone with an existing condition or injury concern should use the Service with guidance from a guardian or qualified professional.
3. AI measurements are video-based estimates. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for a particular workout or medical purpose. Do not rely on a measurement alone for important decisions.

10. Changes and Interruptions

1. We may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, security, changes in law or policy, or improvements. We will announce foreseeable material interruptions in advance.
2. If the Service is permanently discontinued, we will generally provide 30 days’ notice and a reasonable way to organize your records.

11. Termination and Restrictions

1. Members may delete their account in Settings at any time. Local Users may delete the app and records directly.
2. Depending on severity and repetition, violations may lead to warnings, Content or social-feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
3. You may appeal by email within 30 days after notice of an action. We will review the appeal within a reasonable period.

12. Liability

1. The Operator is liable under applicable law for damage caused intentionally or negligently.
2. The Operator is not responsible for damage outside its control, including natural disasters, network failures, your device, equipment or conduct, or third-party services.
3. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the free Service or user Content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is not permitted.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under applicable law, and consumers may use statutory dispute-resolution bodies.
