Daylong Community Guidelines

Published and effective: July 16, 2026

These Guidelines apply to every feature where users interact, including nicknames, crew names, workout feeds, reactions, friends, pokes, and leagues.

1. Respect and Safety

The following content and conduct are not allowed:

Sexual exploitation or explicit material, especially content that sexualizes or endangers children
Promotion of violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts, or specific threats
Hate or degradation based on protected characteristics
Harassment, bullying, insults, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact
Disclosure of your own or another person’s private information
Impersonation, fraud, phishing, promotion of illegal goods or services, advertising, or spam
Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
Manipulation of rankings or rewards through automation, bug exploitation, or false records

2. Reporting

Select “Report” from a user or feed menu in the app. If there is an immediate physical danger or an ongoing crime, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Deliberately false or repeated abusive reports may also result in enforcement.

3. Blocking

Selecting “Block” removes the friendship and limits direct interaction and visibility of the other person’s Content. We do not separately notify the blocked user. Please also report the user when operational review is needed.

4. Review and Enforcement

Considering context, potential harm, severity, repetition, and applicable law, we may take no action, issue a warning, hide or remove Content, restrict features, suspend access, or permanently ban an account. We promptly restrict child-safety violations, physical threats, and clearly illegal information and cooperate with authorities where required.

5. Review Targets and Appeals

Reports are reviewed based on order and urgency. We aim to conduct an initial review of serious safety reports within 24 hours where possible. Affected users may appeal by email within 30 days after notice. To protect privacy and prevent abuse, we may withhold the reporter’s identity and internal review materials.
